How does it work?
Simply select the number of coffee/tea drinkers in your office and we will suggest a machine.
Use the machine completely free of charge as part of our subscription program.
All you pay for is the coffee each month.  There are no contracts or fees.

 

What are the delivery charges?
FREE! We will deliver your brewer and EVERY coffee order completely free of charge.

 

How much do I need to order?
The minimum requirement depends on your brewing system model.
 

K140: 1 boxes a month minimum.
K150: 6 boxes a month minimum.
K3000SE: 10 box a month minimum.

 

How often do I have to order?
We require a minimum of once a month. Delivery frequency can be increased to weekly or bi-weekly at any time.
Frequency can also be decreased at any time, but can never be less than the monthly minimum.
 

What is the delivery schedule?

 Monthly:  The 1st business day of every month.

 Bi-Weekly:  1st Order: Delivered on the 1st business day of the month.

 2nd order:  The 15th, or the closest business day.

Weekly:  Orders are delivered every Monday.
 

How am I invoiced?

Invoicing will vary depending on the delivery frequency selected.  You will be invoiced after every delivery.
 

Am I under contract?
No, you are free to leave the program at any time. However, the machine will need to be returned to MyOfficeProducts once you have canceled your K-Cup® delivery.
 

How do the K-Cup® Pack prices work?

For 6 months the packs are discounted.  After that time, they will increase to their regular amount.

When will I receive my brewing system?
Usually within 5 days of your request.
 

How do I change my plan?

Click on the Update My Subscription link in the top right of www.myopbrew.com

You will be able to request a change by simply entering the desired update.

Another option is to call our customer service team at: 877-696-7266.

Be sure to mention that you are part of the subscription program.
 

Can I get my Keurig Installed?

Installation of the machine is not included. Client is responsible for scheduling installation and any costs incurred during installation. If installation is requested, you will be contacted to schedule an install date. If you choose to not have our technician install the machine, any damage or liability from the “self-installation” is responsibility of the subscription account.
